It can also help couples practice healthier dialogue patterns, reflect on feelings, and explore constructive ways to navigate disagreements. It is not a substitute for licensed mental-health care and cannot provide crisis intervention, diagnosis, or treatment.
Yes. Rose can facilitate joint conversations as well as separate check-ins with each partner. Individual sessions allow each person to share their perspective privately, while combined sessions help both partners work through topics together. When switching between modes, Rose will follow the privacy rules of the platform and only share information between partners when explicitly permitted.
Your conversations are treated as confidential and protected under our privacy and data-handling policies. You may delete your chat history or close your account at any time through your account settings.
